Course Description Conversion Rate Optimization

In the context of digital marketing, conversion rate optimization – CRO – is the process of increasing the percentage of web site visitors that take a desired action or conversion goal.

One of the biggest challenges of an online store is to make more sales continuously. Some webshops are much more successful in this than others. Several factors can cause this. In this course, you will discuss the most critical elements to achieve more summer turnover. It keeps every online retailer busy: getting more turnover from the same number of visitors, in other words: more turnover due to a higher conversion from visitor to a buyer.
